Eleonora Caldato, the Italian-born, Toronto-based chef and business owner, has operated this premise for the past 16 years. 

 

Originally from the Veneto region, north-east part of Italy, her expressive passion for food and business, couple with the dedicated customer base she built, has made her a staple for Toronto “authentic Italian food culture”. The network of friends, families and patrons alike, it’s a rare but relished energy few businesses can achieve.
